The 2017 season finally starts tomorrow, January 22nd, and we are excited.
We will be passing out team shirts before every game tomorrow. We apologize for the inconvenience. We received them late Thursday and did not see any advantage as to try to get them to coaches before Sunday since most practices for the week had concluded. We thank Varsity Sports for their hard work in getting these ready for our season again this year.
I have added some new information to the website and will continue to do so week after week. The downloads page has been created and updated and has a bunch of useful information on it.
Tomorrow is day one for the entire season. We expect there might be a few hiccups here and there and we appreciate your patience. We expect everyone to show great community pride and spirit throughout all of the games and will not tolerate unsportsmanlike conduct from players or fans. Please, please, please make sure all garbage gets into the garbage cans throughout the school, they provide us with plenty of them. The longer the janitorial staff has to stay after to clean up the facility the more it costs the BlackCats, so please, pick up after yourselves.
Also, please refrain from bringing basketballs from home if at all possible. It is not open gym tomorrow.
